As part of our mission to educate we are hosting an annual Fund Finance University program for the US, European and APAC markets.

FFA University Europe

Our European University program will be held as a virtual event spread over two half-days on Wednesday, March 13th, and Thursday, March 14th, with an in-person networking being held on March 14th at the Mayer Brown offices.
 
This intensive training is designed for sponsors, bankers, and lawyers in the European market. Whether you're new to Fund Finance or seeking in-depth knowledge, our expert-led sessions cover everything from fund formation and structures to transaction credit documentation and investor issues.

Cost: £200 ($250 USD)

FFA University APAC

Our Asia-Pacific University program will take place over two half-days as a virtual event on Wednesday, March 20th, and Thursday, March 21st, with three in-person networking receptions held afterward on March 21st in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney (exact locations TBA).
 
This intensive training is designed for sponsors, bankers, and lawyers in the Asia-Pacific market. Whether you're new to Fund Finance or looking for a deeper understanding, our expert-led sessions will cover a broad spectrum of key aspects of Fund Finance, focusing on capital call/subscription financing.

Cost: USD$200

FFA University US 1.0

This intensive full-day training session will occur virtually on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The program is designed for both bankers and lawyers transacting under U.S. law that are either relatively new to Fund Finance or those that want an in-depth training course. The course will cover everything from understanding fund formation and structures to subscription facility credit documentation and Investor issues.

Cost: $325 USD

FFA University US 2.0

This intensive full-day training session will occur in-person in New York on Thursday October 17, 2024. The program is designed for mid-level bankers and lawyers transacting under U.S. law and will cover advanced issues in subscription facilities, NAV loan structures and issues, Collateralized Fund Obligations and the PE business model. A complimentary networking reception sponsored by KBRA will follow.
