Mr. Griffin has over 15 years of traditional investment industry experience and 3 years’ experience in the Digital Assets space. During his career, he has held positions on the buy-side, the sell-side and served as a Senior Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager at MERS of MI. He most recently served as the Director of Fundamental Fixed Income Securities at Janus Henderson Investors, a $350 billion global asset management firm where he helped lead a 35-member team of Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Client Portfolio Managers and Traders. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado where he and his family take full advantage of the Rocky Mountain frontier.

Fazillah Duante is Head of Fund Finance Origination at TD Securities based in New York. She is responsible for developing cross-product solutions and strategies for Private Capital clients at the Fund, Manager, and Asset level, with close collaboration with the firm's Financial Sponsors, Financial Institutions, and Global Markets teams.

Prior to joining TD in 2024, Fazillah was Managing Director – U.S. Financial Sponsors & Fund Finance at Scotiabank, where she drove growth strategies across Global Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking for the past two decades in the Toronto, Bahamas and New York offices.
Fazillah is actively involved in industry leadership as the Co-Head of Women in Fund Finance Americas. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
