The FFA room block at the Fontainebleau for the 11th Annual Global Symposium is NOW OPEN!
Fontainebleau
-
4441 Collins Ave
Miami Beach, FL 33140
Location
- 1-800-548-8886

What do I do if I have questions on the current COVID Policy?
Please reach out to us at health@fundfinanceassociation.com
What is your covid policy?
Please refer to the COVID policy on FFA website here.
What COVID information is required to attend the symposium?
All attendees will be required to create a VOW Digital Health profile and upload a photo ID, proof of vaccination (full completed no less than 14 days prior to the date of the event), and a verified negative Covid-19 test result.
While we are not requiring the booster for the event, we ask that the full set of vaccination is fully completed no less than 14 days prior to the date of the event. This could mean two doses or Moderna or Pfizer or one doze of Johnson & Johnson in the US. We will also accept completed vaccinations from other countries.
I have not received information about uploading my information to the VOW Digital Health app.
Only registered attendees will receive a notification about the VOW Digital Health app. If you would like to confirm your attendance and receive this information, please be in contact with health@fundfinanceassociation.com
What covid-19 tests will be accepted for attendance?
Both a PCR test completed within 72-hours or a Rapid Antigen test within 24 hours of Wednesday, February 16th will be accepted.
No at-home tests will be accepted.
Can I use an at-home test for verification?
At-home tests will not be accepted as proof of a negative Covid-19 test as we are not able to verify the results.
What is a verifiable Covid-19 test?
A verifiable Covid-19 test must include your name, date, and negative test result from a pharmacy or a testing/healthcare facility. Both a PCR test completed within 72-hours or a Rapid Antigen test within 24 hours of Wednesday, February 16th will be accepted. No at-home tests will be accepted.
Can I test on-site at the Fontainebleau?
We highly encourage all attendees to Covid-clear prior to arriving at the Fontainebleau. This will ensure a speedy check-in process and eliminate any potential complications on-site! Please note only those who have uploaded all of their information, including a negative test result, to the VOW Digital Health platform will be able to check in and receive their name badge to attend the symposium.
Should you be unable to test ahead of the symposium, a limited number of Covid tests will be available on-site for your convenience at the price of $55 per person, which can be paid for on-site via credit card. Testing will be available during the limited hours of 10 am - 8 pm on Wednesday, February 16th and 8 am - 12 pm on Thursday, February 17th. Should you elect to test upon arrival, please note that it will add at least 30 minutes to your check-in process. We ask that you plan accordingly. If you need to test upon arrival and are not able to make the listed testing times or tests are no longer available, a verifiable test will need to be secured through an alternate facility and approved prior to check-in via the VOW Digital Health platform.
What times will on-site testing be available?
A limited number of tests will be available during the hours of 10 am - 8 pm on Wednesday, February 16th and 8 am - 12 pm on Thursday, February 17th. If you are looking to check in outside of these times, please note that you must be pre-cleared via the VOW Digital Health app to attend.
How long will it take to check-in if I elect to test on site?
Should you elect to test upon arrival, please note that it will add at least 30 minutes to your check-in process. We ask that you plan accordingly.
What happens if I test positive on-site at the Fontainebleau?
Per Fontainebleau’s hotel policy, if you test positive on-site, you will not be permitted to remain on the property and alternate accommodation will need to be secured.
What if I am not able to test ahead of time and tests run out on site?
Proof of a verified negative covid-19 test is required to attend the symposium. While we will make every effort to assist with the testing process, if we are unable to provide you with a test on-site, we will be able to provide you with other available testing locations nearby for you to test prior to check-in.
Will you accept religious or medical exemptions?
We will not be able to permit anyone who is not fully vaccinated for the symposium, including those with a religious or medical exemption. Our apologies that we are not able to make this accommodation.
If you’ve had COVID within the past 90 days and continue test positive, what can we do?
If you have tested positive for Covid within the last 90 days and would continue to test positive, kindly request a doctor's note certifying your covid-19 status that while you may test positive, you had covid within the past 90 days and would not be contagious. Please send your note to the VOW Digital Health support team through the platform so that they can assist with uploading your doctor's note in place of the testing requirement.
I have more COVID-related questions about my attendance.
Please contact health@fundfinanceassociation.com
I have questions about something non-COVID related, who should I go to?
Please connect with info@fundfinanceassociation.com
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations of conference registrations must be submitted in writing to info@fundfinanceassociation.com. Cancellations received prior to Monday, February 7, 2022, will receive a refund of 100% of the ticket cost. Cancellations received after February 7, 2022, will be refunded at the discretion of the Fund Finance Association (FFA).
Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation).
o If you have purchased a ticket, but cannot attend because of a covid-related reason, please be in contact with info@fundfinanceassociation.com for further assistance.
When do I need to take my PCR or Rapid test by?
A PCR can be taken any time from the 13th of February 2022. PCR tests can be taken at most 3 days in advance but also up until the day of the event provided you can receive your test results in time for check-in. A rapid antigen test should be taken at any time on the 15th or 16th of February (within one day of the event starting on the 16th).
What is your vaccination requirement?
Proof of vaccination is required to attend the event. We are not requiring the booster. In order to be fully vaccinated, the full set of vaccination must be fully completed no less than 14 days prior to the date of the event. This could mean two doses or Moderna or Pfizer or one doze of Johnson & Johnson in the US.
We will also accept completed vaccinations from other countries.
