US NextGen Annual Holiday Networking

The US NextGen Committee is excited to invite you to our networking event at CityPickle Long Island City!

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the basics of pickleball with instructors and play a few matches with their peers. There will be a lounge area for networking and food & beverages for those who prefer to observe.

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Guest Arrival / Check-In:  

• Guests arrive, check in, sign waiver  
• Cocktails / appetizers are served in lounge area  
• Coaches are available on each court to instruct new players, facilitate warm up & open play

6:30 PM - 6:45 PM - Welcome Remarks:  

• Host welcomes guests  
• Coaches invite guests onto courts, give a brief introduction to pickleball, rules, how to keep score  
• Coaches will go over tournament format, special rules, schedule of play  

6:45 PM - 8:45 PM - Play / Mingle:  

• Games will be timed, and coaches will be positioned on the courts to facilitate play 
• Lounge area is available for socializing with food / drink being served for those guests who are not in play  

8:45 PM - 9:00 PM - Closing Remarks:  

• Coaches / Host present awards  
• Host thanks participants for joining them  
• Guests collect belongings, goodbyes
