The Fund Finance Association is excited to announce the launch of the FFA U: APAC program which will be held virtually over two half days on Monday, March 24th and Tuesday, March 25th.
This intensive training session is designed for sponsors, bankers and lawyers transacting in the Asia-Pacific market that are either relatively new to Fund Finance or those that want an in-depth training course. The lectures will be taught by many of the industry's leading senior practitioners. This course will cover everything from understanding fund formation and structures to transaction credit documentation and investor issues.
