WFF Hong Kong l Finding Balance: A Sound Bath Experience

On Thursday, 19 March 2026, Women in Fund Finance APAC invites participants to step back from day‑to‑day demands and engage in a guided sound bath experience focused on rest, reflection, and well‑being, led by an instructor from IKIGAI, a studio that offers yoga and meditation classes in Hong Kong.

Through gentle sound, intentional breathing, and guided moments of stillness, attendees will be encouraged to slow the mind, release tension, and reconnect with inner clarity and balance. The session offers space to reflect on how cultivating calm and presence can support resilience, thoughtful decision‑making, and sustained professional impact—both individually and collectively.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Light refreshments will be provided.
