New this year, the intensive full-day training session will occur in person in Charlotte! The program is designed for mid-level bankers and lawyers transacting under U.S. law and will cover advanced issues in secondaries financings, NAV loan structures, collateralized fund obligation and GP financial underwriting, including an in depth case study diligencing and structuring a NAV loan.
