Based in New York, Devi Aurora is Managing Director and Analytical Manager at S&P Global Ratings. She heads a diversified portfolio of U.S. financial institutions in S&P’s ratings practice, and her team of experienced analysts has a portfolio that covers U.S. banks, securities firms, financial market infrastructure companies, and alternative funds. As team leader, she manages relationships with issuers and investors, and is responsible for ensuring analytical rigor and consistency across financial institutions and alternative funds ratings.

Prior to her most recent position, she served as a senior member of the global Financial Institutions team, where she analyzed banks and other financial institutions and specialized in research and thoughtleading commentaries on banking industry trends and regularly represented S&P’s views on these topics.

Devi began her career as an international macroeconomist and country risk expert at DRI/Global Insight. She subsequently specialized in fixed income research and corporate credit trends analysis for S&P Global, with a focus on default research and leveraged finance. She has 25 years of experience with credit analysis, fixed-income analytics, economic modeling and forecasting.

Devi holds a M.A. degree in international economics from Yale University and a B.A. degree in Economics and French from Vassar College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Peter has significant experience representing banks, credit funds and other financial institutions and lenders (as administrative agents, collateral agents and lenders), as well as borrowers, in all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities, including bilateral, club and syndicated credit facilities, structured finance facilities to business development companies, SPVs, and other specialty finance companies, acquisition finance, subscription finance, aircraft financings and ship financings.

Outside of work, Julie is involved in fundraising for educational, arts, and medical research organizations. She serves on the board of visitors of Wake Forest Law School and on the board of directors for Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholars. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the fund finance industry and spends a significant amount of his time representing lenders in the making of credit facilities to private equity funds and REITs, including subscription lines of credit, borrowing base facilities, unsecured lines of credit, and “after care” facilities. These include some of the largest subscription lines of credit structured to date to both U.S.-based and non-U.S.-based funds, with both U.S.-based and non-U.S.-based investors and collateral, and both syndicated and non-syndicated transactions. Chris has also actively participated in the restructuring and workout of fund finance facilities.

Chris also regularly represents lenders in large syndicated construction loans covering a variety of asset classes, including office buildings, hotels, condominiums, and multifamily projects, both in New York and nationwide. He has represented numerous buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of different types of real property, including commercial office buildings, industrial properties, hotels, large residential properties, and unimproved land. Chris has advised clients on a number of loan portfolio sales and acquisitions. Informed by his long-time representation of a substantial number of construction and permanent lenders and his ongoing work with debt and equity investors in the United States and overseas, he advises clients regarding restructurings and, as needed, timely pursuits of legal remedies for troubled situations.

Trevor began his career in leveraged finance providing senior secured revolvers to private equity backed companies and soon held senior positions at both Silicon Valley Bank and Citibank in their Sponsor Finance/Fund Banking groups. He completed formal credit training at the outset of his career and earned a postgraduate Diploma in Credit Analysis from New York University.

Originally from the Bay Area, Trevor was recruited to play NCAA Division I water polo at Fordham University where he was a four-year starter, team Captain and graduated in fifth-place on the school’s single-season scoring list. Trevor resides in Manhattan with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys swimming on a local Masters team and attempts to restrain himself while watching his seven-year-old daughter’s swim practices and competitions.

What are the conference registration hours and requirements?

Location: Registration is located in Luster Gallery.

Hours: The registration desk opens each morning at 8:00 AM and will remain open during all FFA-scheduled events.

Badge Requirement: Badges are required for entry into all FFA-related spaces, including conference sessions, networking events, and meeting spaces (this includes cabanas). Attendees will be required to show their badge to security for access.

If you lose your badge, please visit the registration desk to print a new one.

Is there a delegate list available?

We currently have over 2,500 delegates registered—our largest event ever! Access to the full delegate list is a sponsor benefit. However, attendees can use the delegate search portal in the event app to find and message other delegates.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

I am no longer able to attend. What is the cancellation policy?

In the event the attendee can no longer attend the Symposium, the FFA must be notified in writing via email at info@fundfinanceassociation.com. Refunds are available if written cancellation is received in accordance with the following schedule:

10 business days prior to the scheduled Symposium: A full refund (less taxes, processing charges, and other fees) will be granted. (Notification received on or before February 10, 2025)
5 business days prior to the scheduled Symposium: A 50% refund (less taxes, processing charges, and other fees) will be granted. (Notification received on or before February 17, 2025)
4 or fewer business days prior to the scheduled Symposium: No refund will be granted.

Should a registered attendee wish to transfer their ticket to another approved attendee, written notice via email at info@fundfinanceassociation.com is required no less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled Symposium.

Final decisions regarding the application of this policy remain at the sole discretion of the FFA. In the unlikely occurrence that an event is cancelled, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the FFA. The FFA is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel expenses.
