APAC DFF Presents

Same Deal, Different Rules: Working Across Generations and Cultures in APAC Fund Finance

Join us for a candid 45 minute fireside chat with Lyn R Lee, former Global Chief DEI Officer at Shell and author of Tiny Rice Grains, moderated by Beelee Seah, Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright. Lyn will draw on more than two decades at Shell to explore why the biggest shifts often start with the smallest actions.

She'll also discuss how senior leaders can build trust across cultural and generational lines, and what it takes to get the best from teams that don't think, work or communicate alike.
